Flatsome Site Builder is sold directly at my.flatsome.com. Selling direct lets us offer per-site licensing, optional yearly renewals, a single account for all your sites, and support from the team that builds the product. Flatsome Classic will always stay on ThemeForest and keeps getting updates for WordPress and WooCommerce compatibility.
Yes. Your license covers a set number of live sites: 1, 5 or 10. To use it on a different site, deactivate it on the old site and activate it on the new one. Your staging sites and development copies don’t use up your site limit, so only live sites need an activation.
Your site keeps working. Flatsome never stops functioning, you simply stop receiving new updates and support after the first year. To keep them coming, renew for another year, currently $45 per site. For example, a 5-site license renews for $225 a year. We will remind you before your license expires.
Nothing changes. Your Flatsome Classic license stays valid, and Classic continues to receive critical fixes and compatibility updates for WordPress and WooCommerce. When you are ready to move a site to Flatsome Site Builder, the migration plugin converts your UX Builder content to the new block system, and your existing license gives you the early access discount.
Yes. Each plan covers 1, 5 or 10 live sites. Every live site also includes one staging site, and development and local copies are unlimited, so you can build and test before going live.
Updates include new features, new blocks and templates, performance improvements, security patches, and compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. They are delivered automatically through your WordPress dashboard.
Every license includes 12 months of priority support by email from the Flatsome team, plus access to the documentation and community. Renewing your license extends support for another year. The support policy explains what’s included.
