Welcome to the Flatsome docs

Flatsome is a theme and site builder for WordPress and WooCommerce. Whether you are setting up your first site, moving from Flatsome Classic, or handing the work to an AI assistant, this is the place to learn how it all fits together.

Moving from Flatsome Classic?

The Flatsome Migrator converts your UX Builder pages, UX Blocks, header, footer, menus, and theme settings into Flatsome blocks. Nothing on your live site changes until you apply, and your original content is kept so you can roll back.

Four steps, reviewed by you

  1. Scan: see every page, UX Block, and setting on your site
  2. Convert: build a block version of each page, header, footer, and menu
  3. Review: preview and fix pages while visitors still see Classic
  4. Apply: go live in one step, with rollback if you need it

New here? Start with the setup

Install the theme and plugin, run the setup wizard, and build your first page. No coding needed, and you can always come back here for the details.

Let an AI assistant do the work

Flatsome ships with an MCP server. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any other assistant and it can build pages, edit templates, and manage products for you. You decide what each connection may do.

Still on Flatsome Classic? The Classic theme with UX Builder has its own docs at docs.uxthemes.com, and From Flatsome Classic covers the move to blocks step by step.

Every page is also available as Markdown by adding .md to its URL, and /llms.txt lists them all for AI assistants.
